Her path to massage therapy started with assisted stretching. After earning her certification as a stretch flexibility coach, she saw firsthand how powerful stretching can be, whether you’re dealing with sedentary lifestyle, the effects of aging, or the demands of athletic training and recovery.

The experience made her want more tools for helping the body work well. A massage therapist she worked alongside encouraged her to pursue massage therapy, and after moving to Kansas City from Georgia, she decided to give it a try. She was hooked immediately.

Her approach is integrative and personalized. She combines Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques with assisted stretching, adjusting each session to what your muscles need that day. She believes self-care is preventative care.
