Our Story

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. In that time I’ve worked in franchises, spas, and chiropractic clinics and I learned something valuable in every single one of them.

I learned what works. I learned what doesn’t. And I learned exactly what kind of studio I wanted to build someday.

In 2020 I opened my own practice, Relief Muscle Manipulation, and spent five years doing the work I love most, getting to know clients, figuring out what their bodies actually need, and delivering results that kept them coming back. In December 2024 I opened My Massage Studios, a space designed not just for clients, but for the kind of independent licensed therapists who take their craft as seriously as I do.

My belief is that a great massage starts with listening. Not just to what you say hurts, but to what your body is telling us. Every session at My Massage Studios is built around you, your goals, your history, your preferences.
